To speed up and simplify installation, as well as, in the future, the possibility of quick repair work on site, you can use various connectors, splitters, solderless switches and installation clips.
Solderless connecting clips- are quick-release clips for connecting tape-tape or tape-splitter. It can be both for open-type tape and sealed for waterproof tape. The sealed clip has mortise contacts.
Switch for socket 5.5 * 2.1mm, equalizers- a clip with a wire, at the end of which there is a standard 5.5 * 2.1mm socket for connecting a power supply. Also, if there are several lines, you will need jack-to-plug splitters.
Splitters- are a flexible plate with copper tracks. It is necessary for connecting tapes using solderless clips at an angle (L - type), T - shaped and cruciform (+) ways.
Solderless switches with wire- the same solderless clips, but only on one side are connected by wires about 14 cm long. It is used to lengthen connections. There are clip-wire and clip-wire-clip options.

Transit switches.In the case when the power supply is built-in, access to it is difficult, or the backlight must be switched on/off segmentally (partially), it is possible to use a transit switch with wires. Such a switch is turned on in the gap between the power supply and the power line of the LED strip.
Installation clip - a soft silicone clip for fixing the tape along its course using screws, self-tapping screws or nails.
