Heating element for soldering irons type 907 of all manufacturers, with a built-in thermocouple.
Type of built-in temperature sensor: thermocouple.
Nichrome wire in a ceramic shell is used as a heating element.
Modified heater - the ceramic heater rod is placed in a metal sleeve for greater thermal conductivity and mechanical strength.
In terms of installation dimensions, they are completely interchangeable with similar ceramic heaters.

Attention! The photo shows a heater with a thrust flange. There is a version on sale without a stop flange, i.e. just a cylindrical rod. This is a more universal design, because Some 907 soldering iron handles do not accommodate a heater with a flange.

  • diameter: 3.9 mm.
  • type of built-in temperature sensor: thermocouple.
 
A working element has a resistance between the heater terminals of 11-15 Ohms, and a resistance between the thermocouple terminals is about 0.5 Ohms.

Attention! This heater cannot be installed in soldering irons for stations designed to work with heater type HAKKO-1321. This is due to the incompatibility of temperature sensors. 
The HAKKO-1321 heater uses a thermistor.

    Пришёл нагреватель не такой как на фото,без ограничительной шайбы,как поменять?

      Они все сейчас без ограничительной шайбы, производитель упростил конструкцию (при этом нагреватель стал более универсальным,  т.к. в некоторые рукоятки паяльников с шайбой невозможно было установить, приходилось её удалять). Кроме того, при установке нагревателя без шайбы есть возможность, если повозиться, то идеально точно выставить нагреватель по длине, чтобы он максимально глубоко входил в жало. Но если для Вас наличие ограничительной шайбы принципиально, можете сделать возврат.

        Я паяльник тогда подогнал по длине под шайбу,я подумал брак пришёл,тогда оставляю,шайбу приделаю потом

          Шабка совсем необязательна, прекрасно без неё устанавливается нагреватель.
