      Так, Ваша правда. що на цей випадок вказано в даташиті:

      IP2312  supports  4.2V  lithium  batteries  by  default.  IP2312_VSET  supports  connecting  pull-down  resistors  of  different  values  to  D1  (pin  1)  to  select

      тобто налаштування напруги підттримує мікросхема, що зветься  IP2312_VSET
