Tire Doctor® is the latest development for the preventive puncture protection of tube and tubeless tires and for the emergency repair of flat tires.
Modifications to HG5308/HG5312/HG5316 do not differ in composition. The only difference is in the volume of the package - 240, 360 and 480 ml, respectively.

Properties:
  • does not accumulate at the bottom of the wheel when the car is parked, does not affect the balancing of the wheels
  • retains its characteristics in all weather conditions
  • forms an elastic strong plug inside the puncture, similar to "raw rubber"
  • contains carbon fiber, which has a specific strength higher than that of steel, and polymers used in body armor
  • absorbs moisture, does not dry out inside the wheel and prevents disc corrosion
  • one "filling" eliminates dozens of small punctures or 8-10 punctures with a diameter of 5-6 mm
As the wheel rotates, centrifugal force evenly distributes the compound inside the tire. When punctured, the compound is squeezed out by air pressure into the hole and, thanks to the fibrous structure, instantly begins to form a strong, elastic plug. Due to the carbon fiber, the cork takes on the shape of a mushroom - with a cap inside the tire. The pressure inside the wheel presses and "glues" the plug to the inner surface of the tire, eliminating the puncture.

Approximate consumption rates of sealant:
  • 13 "car tire: 240 ml (1 pack of HG5308)
  • 14 "/ 15" car tire (standard): 300 - 320 ml (1 pack of HG5312)
  • 15 "/ 16" car tire (wide): 360 - 420 ml (1 pack of HG5316)
  • trucks, SUVs "4x4" 480 ml (and more if necessary)
  • bicycle wheels 26 "- 29": 80-120ml
Many years of experience in operating this toolcyclistsshowed its high efficiency in the fight against tribulus-kavun, acacia thorns, carnations and self-tapping screws. The sealant chamber holds many punctures. With the accumulation of a critical number of punctures, the chamber begins to slowly lose pressure, but it will allow you to return home or drive to a convenient repair site. Then we glue the patches (the puncture points are clearly visible at the exit of the sealant), and again on the road.

Recommendations for use:

1) Initial condition - the wheel is not punctured.
Shake the composition. Unscrew the spout of the bottle, remove the protective sticker from the neck of the bottle. Cut off the nose of the bottle (~ 6mm) and screw it back onto the bottle. Turn the wheel so that the nipple is at the bottom and slightly to the side. Unscrew the spool. After the end of the air outlet, insert the nozzle of the bottle into the nipple and squeeze the required amount of sealant into the wheel, according to the flow chart on the bottle label. Screw the spool into the nipple. and inflate the wheel to working pressure. After that, you need to drive 2-3 km. At first, imbalance in the wheels may be felt, which will gradually disappear after the composition is evenly distributed within the wheel.
For bicycle tires with a Presta nipple (thin, non-separable) there is an "invasive" method of administration. It is necessary to remove the cameras from the wheel, make a small puncture (preferably away from the nipple), push the agent into the medical syringe and insert the syringe nozzle (without the needle!) Into the hole. After the introduction of the sealant, the puncture must be sealed with a patch.

2) Initial condition - the wheel is punctured. Try to find and remove the object that pierced the wheel. Follow point 1. Check the pressure in the wheel and bring it to normal.
Note:even if you cannot find the object that has pierced the wheel, the sealant will repair the puncture, but there may be a small air leak.
Punctures on the side of the wheel outside of the projector area cannot be reliably repaired with this product.
When balancing a wheel with an anti-puncture compound on a dynamic balancing machine, it is necessary to spin the wheel for 3-4 minutes to evenly distribute the sotava, then take the unbalance readings.

The expiration date is indicated on the packaging. Is 10 years from the date of production.
