Ceramic heating element for 220-volt type 905/908 soldering irons of all manufacturers, with built-in thermocouple (soldering irons with temperature controllers).
Structurally, the heater is a spiral made of thin nichrome wire wound on a ceramic rod and placed in a ceramic tube-sheath. The front end of the tube is plugged with a ceramic plug.

Suitable for many similar soldering irons from different manufacturers (for example, CT-96, GH-2016B ).

  • thermocouple resistance: ~ 2 Ohm
  • heater resistance: 800 ~ 900 ohm
When replacing the heater, pay attention to the polarity of the thermocouple connection.
Lead color coding: heating element wires are one color, thermocouple wires are different colors.
