The bottom contact through the entire board is a "return line" for switching power on one side - to activate it, a jumper is soldered with a wire or SMD 1206.
You can turn on several of these lamps in sequence. For this, the switching of the mounting plates must be carried out "in parallel" without jumpers, and a jumper must be placed on the last plate!
I advise you to check the switching and installation not at the operating current, but along the chain links, lighting up a pair of diodes, this is from personal experience.
