AT-H510- a unique multifunctional oscilloscope tester "5 in 1", which combines: a digital single-channel oscilloscope with a bandwidth of 25 MHz, a digital multimeter with 6000 indication, a function generator using direct digital synthesis (DDS) technology from 10 Hz to 156 kHz, an LCR meter with resistance range up to 60 MOhm and built-in frequency counter up to 60 MHz. The capacitance measurement range is up to 66 mF, and the measurement process itself takes only a few seconds.

The tester has a large monochrome LCD graphic display with backlight (diag. 9.6 cm, 320x240 dots). The new product implements flexible functions of auto-measurements of parameters in all functional modes. Output waveforms (sine, meander, triangle, saw) and its main parameters are displayed on the display simultaneously. The device has a convenient user menu. For example, in Multimeter mode, when measuring AC voltage/current, by pressing one key on the front panel (Disp), you can display the waveform (waveform) and then return to the oscilloscope mode.

The function of searching for turn-to-turn short-circuits of transformer windings and other winding elements using test signals of a rectangular shape (T-meander) with a frequency of f = 5.04 kHz/2.52 kHz (the so-called ring testing mode) has been introduced. To measure small inductances, a high-frequency range of the test signal is provided. The maximum measuring signal frequency is 156 kHz.
