Another modification of the "third hand" for soldering and other works with small parts (jewelry making, needlework, modeling).
To fix the object, crocodile clamps are used.
A heavy, stable cast iron base in which a helical soldering iron holder is installed. There is a recess in the base, into which you can put a sponge for cleaning soldering tips (not supplied). base size 60x68 mm.
Magnifier - plastic, magnification x2, diameter 85 mm. Installed on a ball joint, easily pivots into the desired position.
A small additional magnifying glass with a magnification of x2 is formed on the surface of the main lens with a diameter. The diameter of the additional magnifier is 20 mm.
It is recommended to remove this lens from the working area to avoid damage by splashes of solder and flux.
LED light source, emitter with two LEDs is installed in the magnifier body.
The backlight is powered by batteries (3 AAA batteries, not included).
The magnifying glass and crocodile clips are fixed on the central post with a height of 160 mm, they can be adjusted in height.
