Shaft end housing - aluminum. Such a tip can withstand loads when engraving on stone, on various hard metals (steel, brass, bronze, cast iron). The tip is easily detached from the shaft for servicing. It is necessary to periodically remove the flexible shaft from the casing, remove the remnants of the old grease and put in a new one, this will significantly extend the shaft life, and also reduce the load on the engine.
Attention! Hang the engraving motor in such a position to avoid strong shaft bends. Bending of the shaft with a small radius leads to overloading of the motor, lowering the maximum speed, overheating and increased wear of the shaft and the motor itself.
The flexible shaft should be lubricated periodically by putting grease in the shaft outer casing.
