The PCB holder is installed on the work table directly on top of the heater. The legs of the holder rest on the table surface.
The dimensions have been selected so that the holder table can be used with preheaters of the 853 series from various manufacturers, as well as as an independent device. The legs of the table can be easily unscrewed, resulting in a frame holder for the boards. In such a "low" version, the board will rise above the table at a height of only 12 mm, which is very convenient for both repair and assembly work.
The board can be fixed in two ways: either between the sliding crossbars (grooves are milled at the ends of the crossbars), or using clamping bars fixed to the crossbars. Grooves are also milled at the ends of the clamping strips.
The cross members move in the grooves along the longitudinal guides.
One of the cross members is spring loaded, making it easier and faster to reinstall boards of the same size.
Material - aluminum profile coated with anti-reflective matte black paint.
A screw is installed on one of the end plates of the structure for connecting the ground wire.
The maximum distance between the sliding rails is 125 mm, this dimension defines the maximum width of the printed circuit board to be fixed. In this case, the length of the board can protrude beyond the table.
