A working element has a resistance between the heater terminals of 10 ~ 11 ohms, the resistance between the thermocouple terminals is about 1.5 ~ 2 ohms. Pay attention to the polarity of the thermocouple when replacing the heater.
Lead color coding: heating element wires are one-color (usually red), thermocouple wires are different colors.
Attention ! this heater cannot be installed in soldering irons for stations designed to work with a heater of the type HAKKO-1321 . This is due to the incompatibility of the temperature sensors.
First of all in appearance. The nichrome heater has a smooth ceramic shell. The PTC-type heater has a characteristic longitudinal recess along the entire length of the rod, which is clearly visible even on the remnants of a destroyed element.
If the element is destroyed, then the presence of remnants of a nichrome coil clearly indicates the type of heater. PTC heaters do not have a coil wire inside.
You can also navigate the electrical parameters by measuring the resistance, but this must be done in advance while the soldering iron heater is in working order.

Здравствуйте. У меня станция Accta301. Жало - нихром в керамике, но длина около 75мм (до выводов). Подойдет ли мне это жало и точные размеры даны в описании?
Добрый день! Данные в описании соответсвуют. Для этой станции подойдет . Несколько миллиетров различия в длине жала в данном случае не принципиальны, т.к. при установке нагревателя всё равно надо его позиционировать относительно корпуса паяльника.
паяльная станция YAXUN881D, заявлено 50Вт на паяльнике. Наверное возьму на пробу, а там что выйдет - отпишу. Будет Вам для расширения базы данных по изделиям китайпрома)))
Данные о сопротивлении нагревателя неделю назад добавлены в описание, так что можете сравнить и заказывать наверняка. Что касается базы данных по китайским изделиям - они столько всего понапридумывали, что уследить нереально. Зачастую это одно и то же под разными названиями.
