    Покупал этот флюс в 2мл упаковке.Хотел попробовать для BGA.Флюс этот отлично подходит для смд пайки мультик например припаять,отлично смачивает выводы элемента,отлично лудит но слабо испаряется из-за чего для реболла мне неудобен

      Вообще-то на данный момент это наиболее подходящий флюс для реболлинга. 

      Какой температурный режим применяете? Какое оборудование?

      пробовал садить BGA, не садит часто, даже шары катать им неочень, плохо смачивает, слабоактивный. Выводные паять то что надо, а вот под BGA я его забраковал. ктому вымывается изопропилом тоже плохова-то
